Industrial Heat Pumps Replaced Gas Boilers
Heat pumps hot water system was used for boiler preheating and waste heat recovery. A factory in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province uses air source medium and high temperature heat pump hot water units to heat tap water to 80℃ for preheating of gas boilers. At the same time, the units recover waste heat in the workshop environment and use the cold air released by the high temperature heat pump to reduce the temperature of the workshop, saving refrigeration equipment. The gas boiler technical transformation project not only meets the hot water needs of the factory's production process, but also meets the cooling needs of the workshop. COP is as high as 8.0!


Baoshan Hospital Energy-Saving Renovation Project
Challenge: A large hospital facility faced high energy consumption and operational costs due to outdated HVAC and lighting systems.
Solution: Taybotech implemented a comprehensive energy-saving renovation. This included the installation of a new HVAC automated control system for unified management of hardware and software, enabling precise and efficient operation. Additionally, 7,600 lighting fixtures were retrofitted with energy-efficient solutions, and the underground parking garage was equipped with motion-sensor controls.
Results: The project achieved a remarkable 17% energy saving. This translated to annual electricity savings of 180,000 kWh. Furthermore, the initiative led to an annual reduction of 76 tons of CO₂ emissions.


Municipal Court Comprehensive Energy-Saving Retrofit Project
Challenge: The Municipal Court aimed for a comprehensive energy-saving retrofit to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and achieve carbon reduction targets.
Solution: This extensive retrofit included several key interventions: high-efficiency air-cooled heat pump and multi-split air conditioning systems, energy-efficient AC units with pump VFD control, upgraded lighting systems with control (replacement of high-efficiency LED lamps), a PV system application with 83 kW installed capacity, and a solar water heating system (10 tons, 18 panels, and air-source heat pump). Other upgrades included energy-saving stoves, glass films, transformer retrofits, and solar garden lighting.
Results: The project achieved over 30% energy savings, 15%+ water savings, and a 28% carbon reduction, directly supporting carbon peak targets. It also resulted in over 60% improvement in comfort and user satisfaction, earning the Municipal Court recognition as an Existing Building Green Upgrade Platinum Award recipient.
